For media buyers
Bulk upload video assets to Google Ads
drrop.io uploads a batch of videos straight into your Google Ads asset library, hosted unlisted on YouTube. That skips the manual step of opening Google Ads and importing each video from your YouTube channel one by one.
The native Google Ads workflow is one video at a time
Google Ads Asset Studio accepts video assets, but the standard workflow starts on YouTube. For each new creative you want to run as a video ad, you upload the file to your channel, usually set it to unlisted, copy the YouTube URL, open your Google Ads account, paste the URL into Asset Studio, name the asset, and save. Repeat for every variant.
What drrop.io does
1. Drop the videos
Drag a folder of up to 20 files into the upload zone. drrop.io reads each file to get orientation (portrait, landscape, or square) and duration.
2. Pick the batch settings once
Privacy (public, unlisted, or private), Made for Kids, and an optional title suffix. The same settings apply to every video in the batch.
3. Upload
Pick the destination for the run. Google Ads sends the videos to your Google Ads asset library, hosted unlisted on YouTube, so you skip the manual import step. YouTube keeps them on your channel under the privacy you picked, ready for you to import into Google Ads whenever you want. Uploads run in parallel so the total time is close to how long the largest file takes.
Titles are auto generated from the file. The pattern is date_orientation_duration_filename. The title suffix, if you set one, is appended at the end.
Every video ID and URL goes to a Google Sheet
drrop.io writes a row for every upload with the title, the YouTube video ID, and the URL. The sheet lives in your own Google Drive.
Media buyers want the list in a sheet because the step after upload is almost always "paste these somewhere else," whether that is a campaign setup, a tracking sheet, or a report.
How do you bulk upload videos to Google Ads?
You bulk upload videos to Google Ads by uploading a batch of videos to YouTube as unlisted and adding them to your Google Ads asset library. drrop.io does both parts when you pick Google Ads as the destination, up to 20 videos per batch, and logs every video ID and URL to a Google Sheet.
drrop.io is free during open beta. No credit card.
